1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
The item is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Certain items like undergarments and accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
2. Return Process

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
The item must pass a quality inspection after it is returned.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. We will contact you for bank details to facilitate the refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Junitos will bear the return shipping costs.
If you are returning the product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
