Exchange & Refund Policy
At Junitos, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our policy on exchanges and refunds carefully.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Items such as undergarments and accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
2. Exchange Process
We offer free exchanges if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or the wrong size.
You wish to exchange for a different size or color of the same product (subject to availability).
Steps to Exchange:

Contact our customer care team at customercare@junitos.com or call 9560025222 within 7 days of receiving your item.
Provide your order details and reason for exchange.
Our team will arrange a pickup and ship the replacement product to you once the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will offer you the option for a refund or a different product of the same value.

3. Refund Process
If you’re unsatisfied with the product and do not wish to exchange it, you may request a refund.

Conditions for Refund:

Refunds are applicable if the product is returned in its original condition as outlined above.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are not available on certain items such as undergarments, accessories, and discounted or sale items unless the item is defective.
Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the item being received and inspected.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer. Our team will contact you for the necessary details.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received, Junitos will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning the item due to personal reasons (such as dislike or change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty:

Undergarments
Accessories (e.g., hairbands, socks)
Custom or personalized products
Items bought during clearance sales or promotional events
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at customercare@junitos.com with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and either replace the item or offer a full refund, as per your preference.

7. How to Initiate an Exchange or Refund
Email us at customercare@junitos.com or call 9560025222 with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the process, including scheduling a return pickup.
Once we receive the returned item and complete our inspection, we will process the exchange or refund.
